We are pleased to announce that effective December 31, 2012, J.L. von Arx and Associates and Cochrane & Company are now officially operating as one. Our combination unites two market leaders in multiline insurance solutions, and enhances Cochrane & Company's agency footprint.

Cochrane & Company is uniquely positioned to provide our retail insurance partners with the most comprehensive set of insurance solutions available. The resulting footprint will include new agents for Cochrane & Company, as well as new products and markets for von Arx customers. The combined company will operate under the name Cochrane & Company and will be headquartered in Spokane, WA. J.L. von Arx and Associates employees will be relocating to Cochrane & Company's current Southern California office in the Tustin Center building.  What does this mean for you? 

Our goal is to continue delivering innovative, high-quality service in our current and expanded footprint. To accomplish this, we will adhere to the established technology roadmap, as well as proven underwriting strength while simultaneously exploring opportunities to provide you with additional value in new areas and products.

Although Cochrane & Company and J.L. von Arx and Associates have separate histories, we share a common objective: to ensure retail customer satisfaction while adhering to our insurance company guidelines.
